01-24-2011 - Moscow, Russia: A suicide bomber kills 35 and injures more than 180 people in the entrance area of Domodedovo Airport near Russias capital. It is still unclear who is responsible for the blast. President Medvedev says that the country will take revenge.

01-25-2011 - Cairo, Egypt: More than 15.000 people protest against president Husni Mubarak who reigns the country since 1981. People expect similar developments like in Tunisia two weeks before.

01-25-2011 - Sudan: President Omar al-Bashir tells that most of the people in the independence referendum votet for separating the country in a northern and a southern part. The preliminary results will be announced January 29th in Juba, Southern Sudan and on February 2 in Sudan's capital Khartoum.

01-26-2011 - Davos, Switzerland: The World Economic Forum starts. Zhu Min, former vice-governor of the Chinese central bank, claims that the western lifestyle will come to an end soon because of today's demographic and economical developments. At the same time Barack Obama holds a speech in Washington, D.C. about the future of the US. He says that there have to be a lot of changes to keep the status of the world's dominant nation.

01-27-2011 - Egypt: Nobel peace laureate and opposing party politician Mohamed El Baradei announces to lead political change if the protesting people are okay with that. He wants to join the demonstrations on Friday when he returns to Egypt. The problem with the Egyptian demonstrants is that they are not standing in unity - all of them have different goals and still they are much less people than the ones of the Tunisian Jasmine Revolution. At the same time thousands of people in Yemen raise their voices against their government.

01-27-2011 - China: While the western world is still handling the finance crisis of 2008, China plans a new economic metropole in the south of the country. By uniting nine megacities in the region to one city of about 42 million residents, the future moloch would be 26 times as large as London.

01-28-2011 - Egypt: Because of massive announced demonstrations authorities switch of the internet in Cairo and several other crisis regions to block the communication. Later the army marches through the streets of Cairo. At midnight Mubarak proclaims to form a new democratic government - with himself at the top. On just one day 26 people died in the urban riots.

01-30-2011 - Cairo, Egypt: Vandals sneak into the famous Egyptian Museum and destroy several historic treasures. In the meantime around 150 people got killed in the riots and the military guards authority buildings and other important facilities (like the Egyptian Museum) with tanks.

Aus den Stücken kann man sich am Ende eine MCD for free brennen (steht auch so im Infotext). CC? Also ich höre da keine Tagesschau-Melodie raus

Die Songs sind in sich abgeschlossene Stücke, die man am Ende in der vorgegebenen Reihenfolge auf CD brennen sollte. Zwei Songs werden aber nicht zu einem zusammengefasst, maximal inhaltlich gibt es gegebenermaßen "Fortsetzungsgeschichten", so wie letzte und diese Woche mit unseren ägyptischen Freunden.

Die Songs auf Soundcloud können kostenfrei heruntergeladen und für ungewerbliche Zwecke genutzt werden. Ich habe zum Beispiel die Anfrage von einem Typen erhalten, der jede Woche einen Vlog auf YouTube mit den Songs unterlegen wollte. Kann er gern tun (habs mir ehrlich gesagt noch gar nicht angesehen).

Fakt ist, dass wir ein gewisses Nachrichtenjingle im Intro verhunzt haben, aber sowas gibt man natürlich nicht zu

P.S.: Heute Abend gibts voraussichtlich mal den etwas anderen Broadcast, schaltet wieder ein!
